Context: Wells Fargo was looking to launch an RTO plan to anxious, confused employees who’d been operating off of rumors for months.
Goal: Help employees understand Wells Fargo’s plan for returning to the in-person workplace—and what they need to do.

Launched an employee experience that conveyed the timeline, set expectations, and built confidence in safety measures. Designed to deliver personalized critical information and solicit feedback.
