UX & content design lead

I’m an experience design director currently focused on the intersection of complex enterprise systems and AI. My career has mostly been spent in high-stakes environments, from Meta Fintech and Wells Fargo to my current role at Travelers, where the workflows can be messy and the cost of an error is high ($$$). I tend to focus on the back-end of design, prioritizing data models and architectural integrity over surface-level polish.

At Travelers, I conceived of and developed our AI Experience Principles, along with the core interaction patterns and components we use to build them. I treat AI as a partner in my own process, using it to stress-test research findings or bridge the gap between a concepts and architecture. My approach is centered on the idea of structure first, specificity second. I’m a firm believer in straightforward, ego-free communication and documenting the why not just as clearly as the why, ensuring the frameworks we build today don’t become the technical debt of tomorrow.

Past: Meta, Wells Fargo, silicone bib company co-founder, weekend brunch cook at NYC cafe, front-end web development, editorial writing, collegiate cycling champ.
